Responsiblties

  • Develops test and acceptance criteria for internet protocol networks
  • Manage projects within the portfolio as needed
  • Coach, mentor, assess and develop a global footprint of Program and Project Managers via regular one-on-one, team meetings and Local Project Review Board
  • Represents the Global Migration Centre of Excellence for the Data Centre Program migration program for planning the readiness of infrastructure components to move to their new data center(s)
  • Provides direction to the Windows and Unix Instruction Set Teams
  • Manages the maintenance of templates for servers and shared services and population of these templates to create shutdown/startup instruction sets and infrastructure t-minus, t-zero, t-plus and back out tasks
 
 
 
 

Additional Skills

  • Delivers an outcome of infrastructure readiness for the data centre migration
  • Translates the data center migration program charter into infrastructure program high level scope, planning and execution of resources from Infrastructure
  • Mitigates the risk of migrating the infrastructure across planning and execution of the migration
